, you may have seen quite a few blog posts and videos stating the ATF has deemed pistol braces illegal. Although the ATF has sent numerous mixed messages on this issue we have seen no official change to ATF policy as it relates to the legality of pistol braces.
Having said that, Biden and his team DID hold a conference call with prominent directors within the ATF a few weeks back to identify their top priorities going forward: Pistol Braces and 80% lowers.
We will see how this election officially shakes out but that is somewhat concerning news. With that, here is is the latest tips and updates from around the 2A community.
